Default 3 Rules for Burning Belly Fat

    1. Eat Fat Burning Foods
Belly fats are really stubborn and difficult to burn. I have read in an article that eliminating processed flours, sugars, and most inflammatory grain based foods will help a lot.

It is recommend to eat more healthy fats like avocados, omega-3's from fish, and adding in more spices like cinnamon and turmeric (think curry and mustard) to increase your body's fat burning ability.

    2. Do Total Body Resistance Based Workouts

The fastest way to burn belly fats is to shock your body with short intense metabolic workouts. You could do body weight exercises, outdoor sprints, or free weight routines that get your heart rate pumping while you tone and tighten your entire body.

    3. Lower Inflammation Levels

The reason is that even if you do everything right, you may still NOT lose weight due to high levels of cortisol/inflammation flowing through your body.

The best way to decrease this inflammation which is caused by any and all stressors in your life (work, family, lack of sleep, workouts, poor nutrition, etc) is by going for light walks, sleeping for about 8 hours, eating better quality alkaline foods, and managing stress through relaxed breathing.

I have heard that strength training is indeed a great way to tone muscles down and women should not be afraid of lifting weights because we don't have enough testosterone to bulk up. I was actually thinking before that if I lift weights, I will grow lots of muscles, which I do not like to happen. But after reading an article that the more muscles we have, the more calories I will be burning

Sleeping is very important indeed to keep the body fitter. I have read so many articles that says sleeping for a minimum of 7 hours will help in losing weight. Lack of sleep related to stress and depression that causes inflammation is one of the reasons why people do not lose weight no matter how hard they try. That how sleep is important. And the right amount of sleep does not only help with inflammation but also helps to avoid craving for too much food. I for one tend to eat a lot of food when I stay up late at night working. I'm not sure if it's just me but when I am tired, my body requires more food to fill me up that's why I avoid stress

    Default Muscle

Muscle is the key to burning calories and fat. If women are afraid of bulking up it just is not going to happen you do not have enough testosterone in your body.

Belly fat is like any other fat on the body it is lost as the body burns fat proportionally. You cannot do 1000 sit ups a day and expect fat to melt away from the belly.

    Two thumbs for this post!

I would like to add that belly dancing is also a good way to burning your belly fat. I have a friend who enrolled herself in a belly dancing class and after two months of attending the class, I saw a dramatic change in her belly.
