    I haven't tried this but I think it would work best if you already know how to dance right?

    i think so. It would be awkward if you don't know right? But I guess it's a learning experience too.

    It's okay to be embarrased.. You'll be doing it at home anyway. I'm sure the moves won't be that hard.. The choreographer would have already anticipated that not all people know how to dance hip hop.

    I think it's a good form of exercise. Hip hop for me is a very fun form of dance. The entire body moves and the music makes you want to dance more. Surely it doesn't seem like you are exercising at all. I haven't tried this yet but I love hip hop and I know you sweat a lot when you dance in hip hop tunes!

    Enjoy doing something is the best way to do fat burning. And dancing is one of the fun things to do, well some people may find it uninteresting. But believed it or not some people enjoy dancing even though they don't know how to dance. Well for those who enjoy dancing. Just combine it with a good and proper diet. You may get flat belly as what you desired.

    I love dancing so much and it has helped me lose weight before together with exercise! It's so easy to do and it doesn't matter if you don't know how to dance. If you just enjoy moving your body for about 45 minutes everyday it can help you burn lots of calories. And you won't get bored doing it just like when you are working out because you are having fun. If you've gotten tired of your exercise/workout routines, this one can give it variety and more fun

    I borrowed it from my friend a while back. I love dancing in general, but don't know much about hip hop .I didn't like it much as the moves didn't make sense for me.
