Keeping the belly flat is really a challenge because when I gain weight my stomach always grows bigger and it's not easy to shrink it. I would love to work out but since I don't have time to do that, I just resort to walking, jogging, and other exercises I can do at home. My favorite is #9 but I don't think I can just keep laughing and make it as an exercise routine to tone my tummy LOL
