    Default Flat Belly Tricks

Here are some easy tricks on how to get a flat belly:

    1. Eat snacks that contain protein between 3:00pm - 4:00pm

    2. Exercise with stability ball and do the ball exchange three times a week

    3. Eat as close to zero grams of sugar as possible. If your insulin levels are low, you keep your Glucagon hormone levels high. Glucagon helps burn fat and converts them to energy.

    4. Chew your food until it's like applesauce in your mouth. That should help prevent bloating.

    5. During exercise, do cardio first, strength training second and abs exercises last.

    6. Stomach bloating is also caused by salt so use low sodium ones like natural sea salt or kosher salt.

    7. Add boxing to your cardio exercise and it will help you lose 2 more inches from your waist in 4 weeks.

    8. Eat portion-controlled meals that include whole-grain foods and monounsaturated fats (MUFAs).

    9. Laugh... Laughing strengthen your abdominal muscles and helps tone your abs. There are even yoga laughing classes.

Well, don't we always eat lunch at that time? I don't eat protein rich snacks though. Number 9 sounds really easy.. I have to agree though. If you laugh so hard, you actually feel pain in your stomach right?

Awesome tips lonewolf.. Thanks.. we could all use this.. Number 4 is a little too much don't you think? Chew your food until it's almost like an applesauce? I swallow my food way before that happens..

Very helpful tips Mikaela, I love this. I do follow # 5. I do cardio first, followed by strength, and then abs exercises. I'm going to think about adding boxing in my exercise routine. Love this!

Good tips for building of abs, but what should be the perfect ratio of carb:fatrotein in diet, so we get all the nutrients without any deficiency disorders in body.

    4. Chew your food until it's like applesauce in your mouth. That should help prevent bloating
I have read this thread before but I don't think I have paid attention to this before. I didn't know that if you chew your foods until it's like applesauce in your mouth should prevent bloating. I will have to do this then from now on. I do remember when I was young that I chew foods a lot of times before I swallow it and I was in good shape then. Of course there are other factors that contributed to my weight gain but doing this again will not hurt for sure. I just wonder if I can eat a foods that has close to 0 grams of salt. I do eat and add less salt on my foods but I think I won't like a food that doesn't have salt at all. Does anyone know any alternative?

When you chew food for the long time, then it is digested more quickly, and that's why it is told that you should chew food for a long time, and also you should not talk with the people more frequently, because when you open your mouth while having food then there is lots of air going into stomach and it can cause blotting.
