    Hey The best way to do is eat vegetables and fruits and lots of water!!! You might want to watch Fit TV and do some of the exercises they do there. Good Luck!!!

    I think seat ups will help. I've been doing it everyday since I started to realized that love the shape of my belly.

    I think yoga also might help to keep flat belly and some fitness exercises.

    I do eat vegetables and fruits a lot these days

    Yup! i agree, instead of watching TV just learn some basic YOGA exercises, that will help you in reducing your wt. and will keep you fit also

    billy blank's advanced taebo workout worked really worked to flatten my stomach. Couldnt find the video on mininova though

    hiya

    Sit ups may help some by increasing abdominal muscles and burning calories... helpled me after childbirth, but no diet or pill specifically targets abdominal fat loss.....don't get scammed friend.....

    Consider realtiy: burn more calories than u ingest.....

    Everyone is saying do lots of crunches and sit ups, but how many should I do each day if I want to make a drastic difference?
