Take a walk around the house. For you not to get bored, get a book and read on your garden and read or if ever you have a mp3, wear it while walking around. Walk for 10-30 minutes. It will be enough. After that, you can sit
and when you get thirsty after doing the walking, drink some juice esp. pineapple juice.
Yup! i agree, instead of watching TV just learn some basic YOGA exercises, that will help you in reducing your wt. and will keep you fit also

Sit ups may help some by increasing abdominal muscles and burning calories... helpled me after childbirth, but no diet or pill specifically targets abdominal fat loss.....don't get scammed friend.....
