I know this reply is a little too late but to answer to your questions, I was pushing myself too much and I did 500 sit ups a day. I did 250 in the morning before I go to work and 250 in the evening hours before I go to bed. And I lost about 35lbs in 2 months. My friends was so shocked to see how fast I lost weight without dieting. Just sit ups and nothing else. It burned so many of my body fats and calorie intake. I'd love to do it again but I just don't have too much time now![]()
