Try to take a deep breath and hold on for 8 seconds. Repeat it. Much better than sit ups and other abs training.

Hey The best way to do is eat vegetables and fruits and lots of water!!! You might want to watch Fit TV and do some of the exercises they do there. Good Luck!!!

I think seat ups will help. I've been doing it everyday since I started to realized that love the shape of my belly.
