Hey The best way to do is eat vegetables and fruits and lots of water!!! You might want to watch Fit TV and do some of the exercises they do there. Good Luck!!!

I think seat ups will help. I've been doing it everyday since I started to realized that love the shape of my belly.

I think yoga also might help to keep flat belly and some fitness exercises.

I do eat vegetables and fruits a lot these days

Yup! i agree, instead of watching TV just learn some basic YOGA exercises, that will help you in reducing your wt. and will keep you fit also
