The best thing to do is eat vegetables and fruits and lots of water! You might want to watch Fit TV and do some of the excersices they do there.

The best way to keep your belly flat is doing crunches and they also say to walk around with your belly sucked in that gets the muscles to be stronger and to stay tight. Just watch what you eat. I am trying to get down to my old size and its alot of work but if you are doing it great job keep up the good work.

The quickest and most effective way to accomplish your goal would be to stick your index finger as far down your throat as possible right after every meal. In addition, you can take up smoking four packs a day and go on a diet of diet Pepsi and Skittles.

A fat-burning aerobic workout burns excess fat throughout the body. Choose activities that you enjoy, are easily accessible, within your budget, and effective in shedding pounds. Weight-resistance training is good, but be sure to get some aerobic exercise, too. Even walking helps. Work up a good sweat.

Stomach crunches and situps are good for a flatter tummy, obviously you need to control portions too!
