Default Nutrition Help.?

Im wondering what to have for dinner, i have a choice from Albondigas soup, (meatballs, and rice soup) or a sandwhich.

The soup has almost fat-free meatballs, and rice, and the sandwhich has healthy cold cuts, whole-grain bread, and vegetables.

What would be a healthier choice to get? because i know rice isnt THAT healthy, but i just want to make the healther choice. SO sandwhich or the soup? whats healthier? and which one would be better for me not to have to worry about gaining any weight?
