Default seeds / herbs / spices - nutritional benifit

right now i am researching these things and finding some have amazing nutritional benifit. these things you can hide in your daily food for an extra boost. ill list what i have found so far and would love any kind of help in making a larger list to add to my diet

salba seed
Richest Whole Food Source of Omega 3 and Fiber in Nature
high in calcium / antioxidants / magnesium
flax seed
sunflower seed
sesame seed
pumpkin seed
hemp seed

some of these items are known and known to be healthy, but i would suggest researching each, cause there are more than likely attributes to each you had no idea of

you are absolutely right there are soooo many benifits of seeds herbs and spices. and the good thing is they can provide your food with that extra flavor or extra kick to it. adding some seeds into your breakfast cereal can help you get the extra nutrients you may be seeking in your breakfast or adding some herbs into your pasta or other dish can give you a wonderful aroma as well as flavor. and you are correct about researching them before you start using them. the other helpful tip i give to everyone is (Use Everything In Moderation)
