    its true that eat 20 grapes on morning reduce weight??

    well it might not be true in the sense that grapes alone will help you lose weight, but it is probably true that when you are hungry instead of having a bag of potato chips; you have a handful of grapes instead, you may lose weight.

    haha yes.. Instead of potato chips, why not having a grapes in a bowl while watching TV or while reading magazines! That may not help you reduce fat but it will help you avoid too much fat.

    I also agree. If you eat grapes for snacks rather than junk foods, it will contribute to weight loss. It's healthy, low calorie and it taste better.

    One grape is around 2-5 calories (depending on the size of the grape) so 20 of them should be around 40-100 calories. I agree that grapes (or any other fruits) are the best substitute for junk food.

    Guest, I don't believe that is true. There is no such thing as a magic fruit. Without a healthy diet and exercise, you won't lose weight.
