Default Strawberries

Who doesn't like bright red strawberries? They're normally so juicy and delicious, that I can't get enough of 'em. Even better is spooning a little Cool Whip over a bowl of them...so delicious.

I love them too but now that I'm watching my weight I stick to cranberries since 1 cup only contains 45 calories. That's one meal already. Multiply that by 3 (snacks) and I still have around a thousand more calories to consume for my main meals.

I love them too. If you would eat not so often I think it won't give any effect on your weight or body.
