Fruit and Veg and take a good supplement like Barley Life. Also essential fatty acids help control weight! good luck xxx Have you read Patrick Holford at all?

special k with skimmed milk..
half wholemeal pita with tuna salad or hummus and salad or low fat turkey and salad..
baked chicken breast with veg..
fruits..
beans..
low fat cheese strings..
smoked salmon..
Variety is important. Fresh fish, lean meat , cereal ,nuts, fruit , vegetables, dairy products.

you have to eat a wide range of foods for it to be balanced so go for lots of different kinds of fruit and veg and have one with meat and one with fish and go for wholemeal bread and pasta and rice and cereal, very filling and low in fat

Cyanobacteria (AKA blue-green algae)
There have been documented issues with eating this, but it's been proclaimed as the healthiest/most nutritious natural food to eat and has been said to alleviate obesity, anemia, dermatitus, depression, ....etc.
Read up on it. By saying "documented issues" above, I mean poisoning! But I think that was due to people harvesting it themselves. I've heard water treatment centres also take measures to remove the unsafe blue-green algae from our drinking supply.
