Default hi all

HI all.I used too be so depressed and and when i went on a diet i would loose 20lbs. and gain back 30lbs.
well i now have lost 78 lbs and im still going.
i fell better than i have in a long time.
The only part that really sucks is i have too keep buying new cloths so they will fit lol.
sorry but i hate too shop.
Ive, learned so much while on this diet, i have learned too drink alot more water and ive changed the type of foods that ive been eating and how often that i eat.
whats great about this diet is i get too eat 4 times a day and im not staving myself like i used too.
what im trying too say is this diet helps teach you howtoo change your metabolism to get your body burning fat.
I will give you all updates on how i am doing during the weeks ahead.
this diet is turning into a life style change,and i like it!!!
