lol u sound like me
Ok well healthy snacks are fruit, nuts, fat free yoghurt, salads, health food bars and even air-popped popcorn is better than a packet of chips.
Sometimes if ur always hungry its usually dehydration so drink some water![]()
And if ur one of those people that need their chocolate lol then get a fat free oneive had it before, tastes like chocolate but...lighter
hope i helped!
Fruits and veggies really fill you up, and there are so many different kinds that you won't get bored. If you really want some kind of chips, try whole wheat crackers or even crunchy cereal like Cheerios (no sweet cereals). Also, yogurt or cottage cheese with fresh fruit is really filling, and yogurt with granola is really tasty. You can even try granola bars, but steer clear of the ones with a lot of sugar and fat. If you learn to like fruits like I do, you will find that you won't even need chocolate because fruit is naturally sweet.
make some air popped popcorn and bring it to work with you dont add butter or salt unless you want to add mrs. dash to it for flavor .also bring or buy fat free snacks some are better tasteing than others.
When choosing a snack you should choose those that are going to be satisfying and provide nutrition. Vending machine treats usually are not very satisfying and most do nothing for you nutritionally. They are full of empty calories!!
I'm guessing that you like the vending machine because of the fact that it is convenient, so here is a list of a couple of my favorites, all of which are easy to carry around and can be picked up in a rush at pretty much every gas station/convenience store.
Pickles! Tasty and zero calories. You can eat and eat and eat......
Be careful of fruits. They contain a lot of sugar and may not be enough to hold you over until lunch. If you do want to eat fruit, apples are a great choice as they easy to take with you and contain pectin which will stick with you and hold you over longer than others.
Beef jerky is low-calorie and low in fat and is very high in protein, so it will keep you satisfied without ruining your diet.
Tuna high in protein and will stave off hunger for awhile and now comes in convenient no-drain pouches. Not a good choice if you work in say, customer service (tuna breath can be nasty!)

I love this website. I usually don't have a lot of time to grocery shop and prepare meals, so I am constantly eating out and hitting up the drive thrus. You can choose healthy items on almost any menu or at least become aware of how many calories you are actually consuming.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats. Look at healthy snacks in my blog.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Granola bars can be healthy snacks. Most store-bought varieties are filled with refined sugar and preservatives, though. So you're better off making your own. That way, you'll know what's in them!
Here's a simple recipe to try:
Homemade Granola Bar Recipe
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup raw honey
1/3 cup organic cacao nibs (raw chocolate pieces) or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine the oats, flour, wheat germ, and cinnamon in bowl. Mix well. Add the honey, and stir into the mixture. The consistency should be moist and crumbly. Next, add the raisins and cacao nibs. Coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the pan, making one large block. Bake at 300°F for 18 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool to room temperature. Cut the block into bars, and serve.
Hope this helps.
