    You got it right viktoria. I can say that I am more confident now that I have achieved my desired weight. That's why I never get tired of losing weight because it make me feel good about myself.

    Many people get depressed because they are fat and losing weight gives them more reason to be happier and more comfortable. Losing weight can sometimes be hard to some who is very much fond eating junk and fast foods that are packed with calories. If you want to lose weight, you have to change your eating habit and lifestyle. Instead of eating burgers, order go go sandwich, instead of enjoying french fries, go for mashed potato, instead of fried chicken, order a chicken salad, and don't drink softdrinks but choose water instead which has zero calories! Dieting can be fun indeed and can be addictive as well. You just have to take your time and be easy on yourself.

    That's absolutely right. I have been avoiding junk and fast foods for a long time and eat more fruits and vegetables. I can eat all the healthy foods that I want and not worry about my waist. I have never deprived myself of food and that makes me happier. Of course it was not easy for me as well because I was always a fan of fast foods too but I had to give it up for my own good.
