100-calories packs are great! They may have sugar and carbs in them, but we should all award ourselves and/or satisfy a craving when we want to.
Granola bars (under 120 calories) are pretty great, too!!
What about nuts? Nuts are healthy. Yes, they contain fat, but good fat. Just don't overdo it with nuts.
Fruit shakes, soy milk, frozen strawberries. If you do dairy, yogurt and cottage cheese are good. Try adding stuff with your fruit and veggies, like Adam's peanut butter on celery or with your apples. Whole grain bread or whole grain crackers. Organic, all natural chips with salsa. Boiled eggs are one of my favorites.
