    Default Fiber Power

Do you know that increasing fiber intake is good for the health? Boosting fiber by 8 grams for every 1,000 calories consumed will greatly help us lose weight. So if you’re consuming 2,000 calories per day, aim to increase your fiber by 16 grams. Here are four foods that will help you get your fill:

    Raspberries: 1 cup = 8 grams

    Chickpeas: 3⁄4 cup = 8 grams

    Strawberries: 1 cup = 3 grams

    Green Beans: 1 cup = 4 grams

I definitely agree on the power of fiber in helping to lose weight. I have practically avoided cab carbohydrates and changed them to good one like whole wheat. It's heavy on the stomach and it makes you full for long. I have to day that it is one of the many reasons why I am enjoying my ideal weight right now

Have you heard of fiber supplement? It's made of natural psylium fiber that can be added to your drink so the body is supplied with the right amount of fiber to improve metabolism and help woth bowel movement. My friends have tried it and some of them use them to fill full longer. It also makes you drink plenty of water because it makes you feel thirsty. I think it's one great way of dieting the natural way.

I have read about that and according to the article that I read, you must drink plenty of water when consuming it because if you don't it may cause to swell and block the throat, esophagus, or intestines. So I think that anyone who is planning to take this should consult with their doctor for extra precaution.

I think if you drink plenty of water, you'll be alright. And my friends said that it makes you feel thirsty so it will make you drink plenty of water which will be beneficial for digestion and bowel movement. If you think that you really cannot consume plenty of water, then it's best to just look for other options of getting your body enough fiber that it needs.
