    Default Fat Burning Foods

These foods don't literally burn fats but they help flush them out. The fat stored in your body is a form of toxin and they needs to be flushed out, however, that only happens if your stomach is free from the process of digestion. Therefore, you need to eat foods that can be easily digested so your body could start detoxifying the toxins.

Apples - high in solution fiber and very easy to digest

Bananas - they are not fattening and they contain carbohydrates that gives energy to the body

Tomatoes - a good anti-cancer agent and should be eaten raw as part of your daily salad

Dates - also rich in fiber and carbohydrates and are easy to digest

Raw carrots - helps fill your stomach if eaten after meal so there no more space left in your stomach for desserts.

Raw mangoes - a complete food in themselves. It offers 28 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber and 24 grams of natural sugar.

Raw Oranges - rich source of vitamin C that helps speed up your body's metabolism

Spinach - helps fight anemia and also a good anti cancer agent food.

It is advised to eat these foods raw since cooked foods takes longer to digest. Be sure not to add salt when you eat these since salt is toxin itself. It is also best to drink the pure juice of these foods so if you want to consume them as juice, remember not to add water or sugar.

Awesome post kathy. It's good that you explained that these foods don't really burn fats. I heard papaya helps too. I think I read that in Beverly Hills Diet.

Yay! More fat burning foods. I usually cook these foods especially carrots, spinach and tomatoes. Thanks for the tip. I haven't tried juicing them though.
