Quick way- exercise and eat 5-6 small meals a day
Healthy and Tasty food:
whole grains bread and rice
oatmeal
fruits -apples, bananas, berries, peaches, pears, etc.)
veggies -romaine lettuse, celery, spinach, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, peas, potatoes, onions, peppers, etc.
nuts (almonds are best)
yogurt
whole grain cereal
low fat milk
green tea or regular tea
lean protein-chicken, turkey, fish, beans, peanut butter
eggs or egg whites
drink plenty of water!!!![]()
do a extra 20 minutes in the gym
each day

put them in a baggie for snacks
Cut your carbs so when you do cardio, the fat in your body is burned away faster. Start with 20 minutes of cardio (running, rowing), and work your way to 60 minutes at least. When your body becomes more efficient, it'll start burning fat when your asleep also.
If it's for a competition then you can easily sweat out a few pounds in the sauna- just make sure your supervised.
Healthy eats:
-Ground ostrich/turkey with sliced onion (placed in the frying pan first so it's juices will act as an oil for the turkey), minced garlic, pepper, and cayenne. If you want, you can wrap it up in large lettuce leafs, instead of a tortilla.
-Canned tuna with sliced onion, cumin, pepper
Mini-meals:
-pear/apple with swiss/havarti
-protein powerbar with a banana & 3-4 frozen strawberries
