    Default Benefits of Drinking Coffee

You may not know this but drinking coffee has health benefits too. I read articles from MedIndia.net and the headline says:

Drink Coffee and Tea To Cut Heart Disease Risk

Coffee Helps Reduce Type 2 Diabetes Risk

Here's a quote from the article: More Good News for Coffee Lovers!

"A new study has revealed that drinking coffee offers protection against head and neck cancers."

Also, the researchers conducted a study on regular coffee drinkers and non-coffee drinkers. Their study showed that the regular coffee drinkers, who drank 4 or more cups of coffee a day, had a 39 percent decreased risk of oral cavity and pharynx cancers compared to non coffee drinkers..

In addition to that, there is also a study that says caffeine may help protect against lens damage that could lead to cataract formation.

I love coffee.. My day is not complete with it. They didn't say what kind of coffee right? I mean there are a lot of varieties now so you can drink any coffee and still get these benefits right?
