    Default Fruits and veggies

    Hi, I was just wondering who else doesn't like much fruits and veggies? The only fruit I eat is apples and I eat about 5 different veggies. Am I the only one?

    Nope, I don't think so. I didn't use to eat veggies either.. But once I tried different veggie recipes, I started to like it.

    My diet is 80% fruits and vegetable but I don't eat all kinds of veggies. I am picky too.. There are kinds of veggies that I really refuse to eat.

    Veggies are great!! I love it! Some kids hate veggies but my niece loves it.. She prefer veggies over meat..

    I'm not a big fan of veggies... But I love fruits, i'm actually starting a fruitarian diet!

    I know it is really hard to eat vegetables while we are eating and preferring some fast food stuff.It has some good taste but bad effect when we cross the sodium food limit ,The food is contaminated with sodium salt which is just harmful , yes remember that body also needs the sodium as well but again selecting the middle way is always better.

    I'm not fond of veggies as well. I went out with some friends last night and tried santorini at sweetgreen (chopped romaine, roasted shrimp, feta cheese, grapes, fresh mint, and yogurt dressing with a hint of lemon). It was delicious but I felt so full after, like it was not digested properly. I love fruits..any fruits.

    I hate veggies but like some good foods. Choosing the best fruits and vegetables is important, both to your health and the health of your food budget. We all have limited food budgets, and getting the best in terms of both taste and nutrition, is very important.

    sorry, I mean, it really seems to be interesting. As it is a proverb, "one apple daily keeps physician away from you''.
    But do care about one thing. The sour apple make you brain week and affect your memory. So, always use healthy,
    fully ripe and sweet apple for eating.
