Brown Rice is very good for you, better than white rice. When you eat pasta I would eat whole grain pasta, and for bread it's better to eat rye, or whole grain than plain white bread. Also good desserts would be jello, or 100 calorie pack cookie snacks, or orange sherbet, it's less fatining than ice cream. Hope I helped you!

Brown rice, whole wheat pasta, turkey, chicken, foods high in fiber and protein. Stay away from white bread, processed foods that are prepackaged. They have alot of junk in them. Donuts, cookies, packaged snacks are not good. Also, lunch meat and hot dogs are high in salt and have junk in them. Frozen vegetables are better than canned. You don't know how long they sit in that metal can. Frozen ones are picked fresh and immediately frozen which retains freshness. I drink alot of water & I hardly get sick. Your cells need constant hydration.
