well from what i know. pork isnt good if u are a diabetic.
Pork is okay as long as you don't eat too much of it and its fat. Lean pork is better so I always go for it and just forget about the fat and skin. We need protein to provide us a lot of energy during the day. However, we only need as much and that would be a total of 55.5 g per day for men and 45 g per day for women. I hope this helps.
Since I started dieting, I have not eaten pork that is more than 50 grams. I avoid almost all meat products except for chicken and fish meat. Even if you eat lean pork, it still contains a lot of fats that I don't to put into my body![]()
Really?! Oh my you are one dedicated dieter. I don't think I can do that. I have to have more dedication and commitment to dieting to avoid meat products. You deserve to be fit because of your self control. If you avoid meat products indeed you will surely lose weight fast. Good job kathleen!
When I was just starting it was a struggle and believe me it wasn't easy. I loved eating meat before, especially pork but I realized that if I want to be healthy, I must not take no for an answer and do everything I can. It was all worth it though and I know that with what I have achieved, I am not going to be irresponsible and throw it all away.
