So im about 205 pounds and would like to drop to say 185. Ive cut down my calories a bit and have been doing about an hour of cardio a day, but definately have a weakness for food(although healthy stuff) and the dreaded beer. Anyways my question is protein powder in some kinda health shake gonna help me at all? if so would anyone recommend anything? ill admit im a big eater, although usually lots of foods like chicken, tuna etc.
Any help would be greatly apprieciated.
