    What are the health benefits of balsamic vinegar? According to my knowledge there are following steps that are related to Balsamic vinegar: Balsamic vinegar is low in saturated fat and is believed to help lower cholesterol. - It contains anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties that can be used to help treat infections. - It contains important nutrients such as calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. - Balsamic vinegar can help improve insulin sensitivity for diabetics, helping to regulate insulin levels and reducing side effects and danger of complications from diabetes.     i have been using balsamic vinegar for years. besides all the benefits that you stated. the taste is so much more appealing to more ppl than regular cider, red wine vinegar, try adding an apple in a salad with this. awesome taste to it. an also if im not wrong, the acidic value is much lower.
