I am 13 years old and weigh 135lbs. Now i know that i am not over weight but, I would like to slim down a little bit because i am having my first graduation ceremony. i picked out a really cute dress but, it doesn't exactly fit like a dream. I am not really active. I know i know, i need to exercise more. i plan to run 30 minutes a day, and practice my ballet a little more. all i need is a good nutrition plan that is fairly easy to stick to. I am a chocolate freak so it is very hard for me to try to eat healthy when all im craving is chocolate. Please can you help me!!??!!??!!!?!??!?
