The need a balanced diet just like adults, just not as much of it.
Protein, plenty of vegetables and fruit. Milk, grains, Minimal sweets.

They eed most of everything because they are yong and they need to be able to grow healty.

Actually, they require a lot more fat than you would think. Milk, cheese, basically a lot of dairy and everything else for their development.
an abundance of fruit and veg. Healthy snacks like organic bars etc are great. Try chopping up healthy carrot stix and cucumber cubes - kids love all those bright colours. An adequate amount of protein and dairy too. Avoid the junk and increase the naturals - your kids will thank you.
