    Default I'm dieting, this is what I did and ate today, was the food healthy? was

    the activity enough? Breakfast; 2 slices bacon small spoonful of scrambled eggs (5 eggs cooked in 1 tbsp of butter, but i shared with 2 adults n 2 kids) and a half of a dry blueberry waffle
    Lunch:1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 cup stewed beef n onions, 1 cup mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup pancit (soybean noodles i think)
    Dinner: 1 fried chicken wing, 1 fried chicken leg
    Exercise: 2 hrs. walking, 15 minutes of tae bo
    Im around 185 5'6 , and I had a baby 6 months ago

    wow! the food was that bad huh? lol. I mean the fried chicken i knew about that one. the bacon too but it was only 2 pieces ( lol@ my excuses). the stewed beef wasnt processed. I only had one bottle of water today, bad i know. I'll do better tomorrow. i guess i tried to overcompensate with the walking because i had a lot of fat today. More fruits and vegetables tomorrow, more water, leaner cuts of meat

    Oh my your diet is completely off! Looking at what you choose to eat it is going to be a little difficult to change your habits but anything is possible, trust me I have lost 50lbs and reworked my whole way of thinking about food. First of all if you are dieting go for lean meats such as fish and turkey over very fatty meats like bacon and red meat. Also having eggs bacon and part of a waffle is not healthy. Try having a piece of whole grain toast with a bit of peanut butter on it and a piece of fruit with cottage cheese instead. Next try having a salad for lunch and if your eating rice make it brown, but if you want to loose weight more quickly cut back on cabs. Now as for your dinner, i don't mean to be rude but do you really think that eating FRIED chicken is good for a diet? I'm pretty sure you know its not. Also you could have had so much more food for the same amount or less calories in the chicken you had. Try some steamed veggies and protein like chicken or fish. If you cut your calories and fat and eat only whole grains you wont need to work out for 2hrs and 15 mins. Actually if you go for a brisk 30 min walk before you eat in the morning you will end up burning belly fat and wont even need to do more cardio for the rest of the day. Lastly don't eat right before you go to bed. Good luck and once you've been doing it for about a week you will feel better and it will become second nature.
