Yes it was very healthy. You kept fruit and wheat in there. Very good. Always remember to have some kind of pasta in your dinner at least 2 times a week.

~WATER (ESPECIALLY ICE COLD HELPS BETTER)
My stepdad takes healthy eating habits so I know much. He also walks for at least 30 mins..(or runs 15 minutes) each day.
__________________Remember everytime you eat take small bites and eat slowly. Rest for at least 15 minutes and do a little physical activity in the day.
