i been dieting to lose a little wieght off my hips and thighs. i have been doing excellent so far with workout and eating less during the day, but now im ready after a few months of this to move on to healthier foods and low calorie foods that taste good, such as sugar free jello and such.....recommended veggies and how to prepare them would be nice, and maybe a few ideas on meals that taste ok but wont put on the pounds.
