Bibimbob is good for you. It has many vegetables and rice, plus an egg for protein. So overall, a lot of vitamins, low in fat, and a moderate amount of protein.

Default Korean food

Don't eat korean food? Gastric cancer is the biggest killer in Korea.
The reason why Korea has a continuous high rate of cancer patients lies on the fact that they have plenty of salty food. Salted food provides a good environment for cancer cells to grow as it harms the lining of stomach.

Most spicy foods has chili which contains capsaicin, which is known to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and other health conditions. It definately has health benefits if you are a healthy individual consuming it in moderation.

Adie12, I guess that's the key always. Everything in moderation. Anything in excess can hurt you big time.
