ok, so i was a vegetarian for 8 years, but due to health issues i had to stop (though I still dont eat red meat). I eat LOTS of fruits and veggies and healthy fats like nuts/oils/cheese/etc. Currently I am getting about 50% carbs 25% fat and 25% protein per day (I eat a luna bar every night). anyway,although these percentages are nice, i am only eating about 1400 calories a day and I need more like 1700-1800. However I am NEVER hungry. What should I add to get up to this number? (i am SICK of ensure!!!) I want healthy things (nothing processed), but I am scared of eating too many carbs/too much protein/too much fat. How should I balance this all out?!?! thanks!!
