Default why are healthy foods so much more expensive over regular foods? and

they wonder why Americans are so fat..... if the government and other officials are so into getting america heathly why are the healthy goods overpriced? its hard to actually try and eat healthy when low carbs, low calories foods are double the price over the other foods, at the beginning of this year i started to eat healthy and started going to the gym so far i've lost around a 100lbs. but it def wasn't without sweat and lots of $$. membership fees to the gym, and the outrageous prices of the foods at the stores, how can we start to "get healthy" if we cant afford it

Dont be fooled.

there is less actual 'food' in junky packet products than in whole fresh foods.

price and weight of the food is not the final answer.

whats the point of a 'food' if there is nothing nutritious in it?

what are you actually paying for?
