Default Looking for some sort of nutrition source?

I'm 14, and I want to be more healthy. I've gained about 20 pounds in 2 years because my metabolism slowed down because I was injured for 2 years due to a sports injury. I've been active but I'm not how I used to be. I eat crap and I don't control my portions well, I eat a lot because I'm bored and depressed. I want to eat healthy, I want to feel better, I want more energy. I'm not looking to be skin and bones but I'm definately looking to going back to my size 0 because that's how I used to be and that's me at a healthy weight. I was wondering if anyone new of any helpful websites or books that could help me in this. If you're just going to tell me "eat less and exercise more" or "you don't need to be thin to be happy" don't bother posting anything. I know I'm not healthy now so I'm striving to be better. Thank you for any and all help

I hear ya' at the beginning of this year on 01-01-07 at 8 A.M. I was tipping the scales at 202. I lost my car , it was cracked in half on the freeway( 07-06-07) and ever since then I have had to rely on Mass Transit. I have been weighed every time I pay a simple visit to the Dr.'s Office and now weigh a woopping 160 pounds. I found that the more daily activities I did, I catch a bus EVERY DAY, I re-hydrate myself with lots of water (ten bottles .5 Litters) with no more than four Crystal Light To Go, Every morning I have and adult serving of regular cherrios, 8oz of milk, and a hand full of raisins. For lunch I mix it up by doing either a bowl of ramen soup , 5 saltine crackers, or a ham and cheese sandwich with one bag of mini pringles bag, and for dinner I have half a cup of hamburger helper. I do realize that when I drink the water its enough to hold me over till the next meal. While at the same time flushing out the toxins (if any) out of my wonderful fasinating organisim (me).

Then to follow up with all the good I am doing that way I volunteer my time which helps others, and in the long run helps me because I feel so much more productive, that is what gets me out of the slump (depression) that I have.

God will not give me more than I can handle.

Then I follow it up by saying "This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change, and for the better."

    Just my $.02 worth

    Best of luck my dear.
