Demonstrate safe use of equipment needed to prepare food items

equipment: we use to cook food

A little vauge in the description dept.

The only thing I can say is always, with knives, cut away from you, and always hand a knife handle first to the recipient.

Other than that what type of equipment specifically do you mean????
