Peanuts are packed with high levels of monounsaturated fats which scientists believe provide great cardiovascular protection. So unless you're allergic to peanuts , dip it, spread it around on some crackers and love it up!!! I love it!!! Other good foods for dieting i would suggest include raw veggies, fruits, and brown rice and wheat products. Foods packed with protein are also good. Lean meats such as pork and chicken breats are great too. Also, load up on cooked veggies, yogurt, and drink plenty of water and green tea. (My doctor told me this) Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
