Go to foodnetwork.com Rachael Ray of 30 minute meals has great recipes that are healthy and quick. To find her recipes when you get on the website click on TV at the top, then when shows come on just click on 30 minute meals.Otherwise here are some healthy ideas:Boca meat browned on the stove or in microwave over pasta with spaghetti sauce and a salad. You can also saute some shrimp in some olive oil then add a little garlic, lemon juice and butter, and boil some angel hair pasta and toss together. You can do alot with boneless skinless chicken like take 4 breasts put them in a crock pot with BBQ sauce and let cook all day.Make sandwiches with whole wheat buns and a salad.Saute them in a little olive oil with salt and pepper.Slice over salad or make a sandwich with them.Cook them in a 10 inch skillet with low fat vingerette or,Caesar,or Italian dressing. This is very good.Or if you have about an hour you can preheat your oven to about 400.Place a chicken breast inside a piece of foil with some frozen veggies and your favorite spices and a little jarred sauce.Cook for an hour and there you go.The chicken will be juicy and yummy. You need to seal it up tightly in the foil. The best part of it is you don`t dirty any pots.I imagine you can do this with fish as well.Cook some brown or white rice ahead and keep extra in the fridge to have for a quick side dish.

Fresh vegetables are healthy and fast.

    Here's my favorite quick supper:

Saute fresh, sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots (and whatever else you like) in a little olive oil. When crisp-tender, stir in a spoonful of good fresh salsa. Warm a large tortilla on a griddle, add a bit of Monterey Jack cheese, the sauteed veggies, and some avocado. Roll up and enjoy. You can add beans and rice, if desired.

    Tropical shrimp salad!

    A handful of spring mix
8 sauteed or boiled in crab-boil Shrimp (about 26/30 size)
a quarter of a bell pepper, jullienne
    a few crushed walnuts
    a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
    avocado slices
    cherry tomatoes

and a low fat dressing of your choice, I would personally reccommend a raspberry vinaigrette.

Portion control is a big issue when it comes to healthiness, just watch how much you put on.
    GOOD LUCK!
