Nutrition expert please?
I have disorder in the hours and selection of food also.
Some times I do not eat breakfast and other day I do not eat at night, some times I eat more that I suppose during the night also. Reasons they are many. One of those is my schedule hours at work. Busy all the time.
I tried to go to several locals’ nutrition’s and after a wail y come back to my bad habits.
I want to end that and eat healthier and eating thee times a day like a normal person with out gained some extra ponds.
What I suppose to eat in my tree meals. Specially I have this bad habit for several years now, is if I have to learn who to eat correctly, I am conscious that my body will take some time to process it and became regular. After that if some one can send me a menu or something similar or what I suppose to eat in my case.
