Default specific nutrition plan for high proteins and a near-balanced diet...?

Hi, I am 24 yo, male and would like you to suggest any website or books or comments for having a nutrition plan which would include high proteins, vitamins and minerals but low in carb and fats. Actually, I eat a lot of fruits, carbs, fats but really do not know what foods contain what nutrition in particular and how much do I need to consume (KCal)daily, what all foods are good for building a strong body, and the recommended daily eating plans... Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

First thing you need to learn is how much protein you really need. It's probably less than you thought. Your body can only utilize around 2 grams per pound of body weight per day. Secondly, learn the difference between Calories and calories and how they related to Kcals. Most food labels in this country use Calories, while in physics and chemistry they use calories... the difference is a factor of 1,000... hence, the Kcal (not KCal).

Okay, so you want to learn a high nutrient, low Calorie diet. Here's the best I've found:
