Default Nutrition for sprinters?

I need some serious help. Does anyone know of a nutrition plan, or even what I should be eating as im running sprints for the 100, 200, and 400 meter dash. Any suggestion would be appreciated, because I can't find anything online.

P.S. if you could add everything from what I need to eat in the morning to what I need to eat after practice. Thank You
