Default Looking for weight loss ideas?

Hi! I am 35 years old lady and really becoming belligerent due to fast increasing weight. I made lots of efforts to reduce it but didn’t get any fruitful outcomes. I really feel uncomfortable when I come in contact with people who are slim and smart. I also want my appearance like them. Please give me some suggestions for reducing the constantly growing weight.

Default Looking for weight loss ideas?

Don’t be so deprived it is really a familiar issue today. Many people are facing this problem like yours. But every problem has some solution also. Few days ago one of my friend met me and she was also facing the same problem in past but now she seems to be very happy and confident. She came across weight loss system which really helped her. I think you should try this. Hope it will help you too.

The only way to lose weight is by reducing calorie intake, and you have to eat. A lot of people think "oh, if I skip lunch or dinner it will help or if I just eat a tiny breakfast and small dinner". This is totally off the mark. You need to eat about every 3 to 4 hours to keep the "metabolism burner" going. Your body will go into starvation mode and basically start hoarding calories and storing fat if it thinks it might not get any more. You just have to be smart about what you eat. The way I lost my weight is by eating a breakfast, I eat oatmeal and an orange or I make a protein drink, then midmorning have a snack such as nonfat or lowfat yogurt and a lowfat granola bar, then have lunch such as a whole wheat roll up with chicken (no dressing or lowfat or no fat dressing) with lots of veggies in it. Then a snack mid day such as a low fat protein bar (luna bars are yummy as are Special K bars), then dinner. Chicken and a salad or sweet potato with low fat or non fat margarine or butter and a bit of brown sugar. The key is balancing your carbs with your protein. You need protein, but you also need carbs. Exercise is also key, whether it be walking or equipment such as eliptical. Anything that gets that heartrate up. If you walk, it needs to be fast paced. Slow walking is okay, but it won't burn the fat like fast paced walking. Also, you can buy weights to keep at home, like 5lb. or 10lb. dumb bells to do some weight training. An exercise ball is awesome to have at home. You can do many things with it such as ab work, leg work, arm work. The good ones come with a video to give you ideas or you can look on the internet for ideas. I hope this helps at least some and good luck.

Default Low calorie works for me

Hi

I use the Buck Naked Diet to control my weight and to loose weight. The book stress calorie control and uses a diet cycle to prevent the body from adapting and going into a starvation mode. The book is free on the website

Hi Ricardo,

The other poster is right. Do not go into the starvation-binge cycle. That is dangerous, unhealthy and of course ineffective.

Eat a balanced-well spaced diet. Exercise. Do not expect fast results, instead prepare yourself for a marathon (figuratively speaking).

Try to speak to a nutritionist to check the best dieting plan for you. Oh and the solution is that you have to eat small portions often. I know, it sounded crazy to me. But you have to eat every 2-3 hours. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Small Dinner. Check out also some of weight loss programs and see which is effective.

Sometimes, you just got to move onto something else. I guess if one diet isn't working for you, then move onto another.
