You can take some oat meal cereal. But whatever that you eat, use a low fat milk and add some fresh fruits so you will get a good vitamins every moring
I agree. That's my breakfast too. Oatmeals are high in fiber and you feel fuller after.
I love flavored oatmeal for breakfast. Most of the time I eat chocolate flavored oatmeal and I like it because it's easy on the stomach. I get enough energy that I need for a few hours before I have my lunch.
I prefer to have whole wheat cereals or muesli with a glass of fresh fruit juice in the morning. Sometimes I have whole wheat bread with some tuna and lite mayo, and then fruit juice.
I would recommend oatmeal cereal. What you can do is mix in different types of fruits i.e a new type of fruit every third day so you do not grow tired with the same stuff day in and day out. Also to add protein you can boil an egg an eat that in addition to the cereal mix. Hope the info was of help to you!

I love boiled egg for breakfast. I can only eat half of it and a bowl of cereal with water for breakfast and I am all good. Thanks for the recommendation Henry
