    Default you ARE beautiful

Often when trying to loose weight we spend so much time focusing on the negative - the horrible fat. Just don't loose sight of the fact that you are still beautiful.

Don't forget to spoil yourself (without food), I done a 'virtually famous' day out

Even I think this is essential to know and accept what we are and what we have.We are truly beautiful the very way we are.Let us be confident and then work on it...if we are already negative about it then how can we get better with that?

I completely agree, it's just so hard to remember that as everywhere you turn theres a beautiful skinny girl. Especially at college where everything is so uber competitive. I hate my figure, which is a good thing as it's the thing that drives me to loose weight. But it's nice to be reminded that no matter what you're beautiful. Thanks

I completely agree. When I was at my heaviest, I still had a lot of men attracted to me. Fat isn't ugly, it's just a personal preference.

I do some modeling and it's a great way to remind yourself that you're beautiful. Even if you can't handle the idea of modeling in front of a professional photographer, I highly suggest taking lots of glamorous photos while you're on your diet. Not only does it help you track your progress (especially for great before and after pics in the end) but it also reminds you that you are a beautiful person, inside and out.

You're right about the need to spoil oneself while dieting. I often dress up in fancy clothes and do my make up for no other reason than just wanting to feel pretty. When you're feeling down about your body image, throw on your favorite outfit, do yourself up and snap a few pictures, no one ever has to see them but you.

Remember, you're doing this for you, and there is always someone out there who thinks you're beautiful, just the way you are.

I agree. Life isn't all about dieting and losing weight. There are some people who are simply happy with what and who they are. The goodness of a person's heart is what's important

That is right. When you concentrate on losing weight, you forget to enjoy what you are eating. Many say that food can bring us happiness as it relieves our hunger and make us feel good. I agree with that too. Foods can make us healthy as it contain lots of vitamins and minerals. We just need to eat the right food to avoid gaining weight.

Being beautiful is all about being comfortable with your own body no matter how much you weigh because this is what builds your self-confidence.
