Default How much water do we need each day?

Do you know that the amount of water that you need depends on your body weight? If you don't know it yet, the rule of thumb is 1/2 of your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 100 pounds, you need to consume approximately 50 fresh and pure water everyday. Take note though that this does not include water in other drinks like coffee or tea. If you are living in a dry or extremely hot climate, exercise, or play sports, you add a few more ounces.

In storing and serving your water, do not store in a plastic container, thus use glass or stainless containers. By doing this you avoid the chemicals or elements from leaching into your water and in due course your body.

I am guilty (again) of not supplying my body with enough amount of water that it needs. I consume approximately 4 glasses of water a day . I know it's bad but I don' really like water at all. It tastes bitter so I prefer drinking them cold so I don't notice the taste at all but I can still only drink more than 4 glasses.

One easy way to add more water and get your daily dose of water each day is to slice lemons, limes or oranges in a pitcher of water and let them soak for an hour or longer. The naturally-flavored water will taste refreshing and satisfying and will make you drink more and more. Once you begin drinking more and more water, you will get used to drinking the appropriate amount of water each day. I hope this helps you kathy

I'm glad that you like them and it's doing you a good use. My mom used to do that when I was little to encourage me to drink more water. It does give it a great smell and taste especially when it's cold

If you drink a big glass of water with lemon each morning, you help rid your body of stored toxin buildup during your sleep. Not only that, it keeps the hunger pangs away until you've had time to make a balanced breakfast.

    Default Water intake

I try to get at least 80oz of water I aim for 100oz which is like 10 average glasses of water every day.

It's pretty simple to get lots of water, do yourself a favour ... get a good waterbottle thats easy to drink from say something thats measured at 20oz ... then just make sure you drink 4 to 5 of them every day!
