Do you know that the amount of water that you need depends on your body weight? If you don't know it yet, the rule of thumb is 1/2 of your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 100 pounds, you need to consume approximately 50 fresh and pure water everyday. Take note though that this does not include water in other drinks like coffee or tea. If you are living in a dry or extremely hot climate, exercise, or play sports, you add a few more ounces.
In storing and serving your water, do not store in a plastic container, thus use glass or stainless containers. By doing this you avoid the chemicals or elements from leaching into your water and in due course your body.

. I know it's bad but I don' really like water at all. It tastes bitter so I prefer drinking them cold so I don't notice the taste at all but I can still only drink more than 4 glasses.
