    I have those feelings sometimes too.. It's okay I guess since you said you only ate half of the serving so that means you haven't lost your self control.

    I ate grapes and watermelon today.. It was good

    I'll start playing basketball next week.. I'll go biking first then basketball... I'm so excited.

    Basketball is fun.. I haven't done that in a while though. Walking works best for me.. I love to walk.

    I'm aiming to lose 4 pounds this month so wish me luck.. I tried a new diet too.. I just designed it myself so I hope it works

    Now that you're on a diet, Do you always feel hungry or are you always satisfied?

    What exercise are you doing?

    What is your current weight? ---- I choose not to answer

    What's your ideal weight? ---- I choose not to answer

    How much weight would you like to lose in 3 months? --- just 5-6 pounds..I don't expect much..I'm on maintenance phase.

    How much weight did you lose so far? --- Hmmm...That's 48 pounds total

    Do you think you have a weight problem? --- I used too.. That was before I started dieting..

    Do you think you have an eating disorder? --- Nope..I don't think so..

    What certain life changes did make to lose weight? --- Exercise...I gave up sodas, ice cream, cakes, fast food, junk foods, etc...

    How many times have you tried to lose weight? --- I only tried once and I succeeded.

    What are your 5 favorite foods?--- Before diet? Pizza, Ice cream, Cakes, Double whopper, French fries. After diet? Believe it or not, Strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, broccoli, mushrooms.

    What food you can't say no to? ---- I have none.. I have a strong willpower.

    Now that you're on a diet, Do you always feel hungry or are you always satisfied? ---- mostly satisfied... I barely feel hungry at all..

    Do you binge eat? ---- I feel the cravings but I don't give in... I worked so hard to get this far... I'm not going to give in that easily...

    Do you eat when you are nervous, depressed or sad? ---- No because I play basketball every time I feel that way...

    Do you reward yourself with food? --- No.. I reward myself with material things.. Mostly, the things I really want the most

    Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? ---- I just drink coffee or juice... sometimes milk...

    What exercise are you doing? ---- I play sports for exercise...

    What's your ideal weight? - I already reached my goal weight

    How much weight would you like to lose in 3 months? - Another 2-3 pounds won't hurt

    How much weight did you lose so far? - From the beginning? I would say I have lost around 70 pounds

    Do you think you have a weight problem? - Not anymore..

    Do you think you have an eating disorder? - I used to be addicted to food but not anymore...

    What certain life changes did make to lose weight? - A lot... I started to give up almost all the food I used to eat... I rarely eat meat now.. I mostly eat vegetables, fruits, whole wheat bread, etc..

    How many times have you tried to lose weight? - hahahaha... try 7x.. I've been trying to lose weight since 1999 but I always gain them back.. Right now.. I aim to keep my current weight.

    What are your 5 favorite foods? - I can't think of anything right now..

    What food you can't say no to? - peanut butter... Oh My God

    Now that you're on a diet, Do you always feel hungry or are you always satisfied? - 50/50...

    Do you binge eat? - rarely...

    Do you eat when you are nervous, depressed or sad? - Not very much..

    Do you reward yourself with food? - Nope.. It's my rule to not use food as a reward.

    Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? - I don't...honest!

    What exercise are you doing? - walking... I love to walk... I walk for about 30-60 minutes, 4x a week. I do biking too. I alternate them.

    What food do you normally eat for a meal? - whole wheat bread.. That's my main source of carbs

    What's your favorite snack? - fruits.. Apple or fruit salad..

    What's your favorite drink after workout/exercise? - sometime water..there are times I drink flavored water or diet sodas

    Do you exercise at home or the gym? - I either walk or go biking so I mosly do it outside..I don't go to the gym..

    Do you eat in secret? - Nope.. I have nothing to hide.

    What are your favorite types of exercise? - Walking..and biking..

    I lost 1 pound after i weight in this morning.. I'm so happy... I started taking multivitamins too.. I don't feel different though.. I thought it would somehow give me more energy but I don't feel like it did.
