    Default Weight Loss Diary

    I just realized that we don't have a diet journal/weight loss diary in this forum so I decided to open a thread about it. We can share our diet or weight loss stories or experiences here.

    Let's start with mine then...

    I noticed this week that I lose at least 2 kilos. I went on vacation but I've been eating the same things and have not cheated, not even once. I'm just doing maintenance now since I reached my goal weight last year. I'm happy I guess. I wasn't even trying to lose weight..

    That's right.. we don't have this here. I'm glad you decided to open a thread. I made it a sticky thread so anyone can share their stories here.

    I like this idea.. I can share my experience everyday right? Okay.. Here's what I did today:

    Biking - 30 minutes
    Dumbells (for my arms) - 30 minutes
    Steps (stairs) - 20 minutes

    That's about it.. I do that everyday now.. what I had for breakfast isn't very impressive but it's around 700 calories.

    Not much to share today.. I woke up and I found myself too lazy to do anything. It's been raining since yesterday and for some reason, I lost my motivation to exercise. I only hope I won't overeat today since I'm starting to crave for food. I think I'll just sleep today.

    I started dieting 2 weeks ago.. No results yet..I'm a bit disappointed but it's too early to judge. Will wait a couple of weeks more.

    Don't worry, that's pretty normal. I only started losing weight on the first one and a half month. As long as you're doing everything right, you should see the results in no time.

    I tried herbal slimming tea since my friends told me it works. The side effects were terrible. I felt dizzy and I went to the toilet almost every 3 hours. It was really uncomfortable and embarrassing. I think the only good thing about it is, I was able to cleanse my colon from waste. That's it. I won't do it again.

    I lost a total of 6.5 pounds as of yesterday.. 30 more pounds to go... I'll keep you posted

    Good job shzinat2010..

    @its3am.. sorry to hear that. Slimming teas work as a laxative so it will force your bowels out.

    Hang in there lovetoknow.. You can do it.. We've all been there. You will lose weight eventually so be patient. Goodluck!

    Congratulations Shiznat2010.. We hope to hear more of your stories..

    Its3am, don't worry, there are other ways to lose weight.
