I just realized that we don't have a diet journal/weight loss diary in this forum so I decided to open a thread about it. We can share our diet or weight loss stories or experiences here.
Let's start with mine then...
I noticed this week that I lose at least 2 kilos. I went on vacation but I've been eating the same things and have not cheated, not even once. I'm just doing maintenance now since I reached my goal weight last year. I'm happy I guess. I wasn't even trying to lose weight..![]()
