Default Diet with zero calories beverages

I'm curious, there are a lot of beverages now that contains zero calories, is it okay to drink them as much as you want? It would affect your daily calorie intake anyway. Should you believe what it says on the label? It's zero calories so it shouldn't ruin your diet right?

In terms of calories, yes, they have zero calories but the main concern should be the side effects. Zero calorie drinks contain artificial sweeteners that may cause side effects if you consume too much. Just drink it in moderation.

I agree.. especially on sodas.. They contain acids which could be bad for your health. You can alternate sodas or other beverages with water.

I agree. water is still best since it flushes out toxins from your body.. Too much sodas might be toxic too so be sure to drink lots of water as well.

I understand.. Thanks for the advice guys.. Of course, I won't replace water with zero calorie drinks.. At least I know that it's okay to drink at least 2 cans a day..

2 cans of soda might be a bit too much. I suggest 1 can a day. There are other zero calorie beverages too like flavored water, you can drink those too.

I always drink zero calorie flavored water.. Maybe I should try the zero calorie tea beverages. I think I saw one at the supermarket the other day.
