Right . When I started dieting I have that feeling too that I don't want to sacrifice and forget the food that I enjoy eating so much. I guess it's a matter of how badly you want to lose weight. If you want to lose weight to have a beautiful body then you will most likely fail unless you want to lose all the weight for health purposes. I think people will be more motivated to lose weight if it's for the purpose of staying healthy and preventing sickness and diseases.
